We have established a leadership position in scanning and converting records pertaining to retirement systems. We offer services both on-site and near-site, as well as centralized scanning and processing at one of our eight regional processing centers.
Most projects are driven by requirements for the retirement system to improve service to its members and to make retirement records more accessible. FNTI devises projects to specifically meet the needs of each client it supports. Projects include:
- Conversion and comparison of images extracted from 13 million frames of KARS microfilm and 250,000 frames of archive film for the California State Teachers Retirement System. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
- Conversion of 6.4 million paper documents and 1.7 million film images for the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System. An onsite conversion facility was established and staffed with locally-sourced labor.
- Conversion of 2.75 million paper records for the Nevada Public Employee Retirement System, scanned in the client’s location and indexed in our San Jose, CA production facility. The project was completed in 16 weeks, ahead of schedule.
