Ron Free,  President | Ron Free assumed management responsibility for FNTI on July 1, 2011. He guides the company’s growth through industry expansion and the development of new document conversion and delivery technologies, ensuring that clients receive responsive service while achieving their goals of business transformation.

Ron is also Executive Vice President of Property Insight, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, providing property information, document images and related services essential to the safe transfer and financing of real estate. Property Insight maintains a national title information technology platform and a regional network of operations.

Samuel Elias, Vice President of Operations | Samuel Elias oversees all aspects of the company's operations and conversion activities. A 25-year veteran of the computer industry, Sam has held several managerial positions in Operations, Marketing and Product Management.

Prior to joining FNTI, Sam served as the Director of Operations at Interro Systems, Inc. where he managed the company's daily operations, manufacturing, and supply chain. He holds a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

Lance White, Production Manager | Lance has spent the past 18 years in operations and project management in the imaging industry. Since joining FNTI in 2004, he has led multi-million page conversion projects in client locations as well as FNTI’s production facilities, managing teams of up to 230 people that spanned multiple shifts and locations. He is skilled at all phases of project management and reporting, including site surveys, needs assessment and project accounting.

He holds a BA in Business/Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Steve Casey, Senior Project Manager | Steve has more than 15 years of experience in systems logistics. His specialty is the analysis of systems, processes and project management. Most recently he has focused on the design and implementation of complex conversion projects for a variety of industry platforms and partners. Steve currently oversees all FNTI conversion projects and manages staffing, implementation and project execution.
