Overview

FNTI converted over 3 million paper images onsite in the first phase. The project consisted of active, inactive, retired member and administrative files. After scanning, the images were securely transferred to the FNTI facility in the United States. There were 13 indexing fields keyed and auto-populated along with the assignment of document classifications. A three stage quality assurance process took place prior to transfer into the Vitech application. This was a complex project and the Employee Retirement System was so pleased that they hired FNTI for a second phase with similar requirements consisting of approximately 500,000 pages.
