San Mateo County created this project to scan in excess of 3,000,000 pages from paper to digital that represented; Official Case File Records.

Scope of Work
FNTI had a capture team of approximately 18 employees with 10 performing document preparation and 8 scanning paper. The capture was complete within 6 months. Scanning indexing and QC was completed in the main production facility in Milpitas CA.

Results
FNTI did complete the 3,000,000 pages. Because of the well job performed by FNTI the County is now sending an additional 50,000 page per month.

In addition to the Case File Records the County has asked FNTI to scan their Food Stamp project, which will be another 500,000 – 600,000 pages.
