Application Overview
FNTI was contracted to convert PERS folders for the State of Nevada. The conversion was being undertaken at the FNTI Imaging Center in Milpitas.

Scope of Work
The project requires the conversion of approximately 2,750,000 pieces of paper stored in folders. The folders were in use throughout the project, file access is therefore, a strict requirement. Pages are scanned at 200 dpi. Each page is indexed by one of 2 document types plus other indexes such as SSN, Name, date, EmpGrp etc and marked with specific attributes; poor original, notarized seal. High levels of indexing, Quality Assurance by FNTI and the Client were required throughout the project. The project is being QC’d by the client using FNTI’s QC software. The images are then uploaded to the onsite Optika Imaging System.

Result
FNTI completed the contract within the allotted timescale of 16 weeks and the project considered successfully delivered.
