Headquartered in Pennsylvania, NEI administers pension, life insurance and healthcare benefits for thousands of elevator industry employees and families across the United States. For compliance reasons and to best service its members, FNTI was hired to scan and index 8 million microfilm and microfiche images into the existing application. The images consisted of both Employer and Member documents and a close working relationship with NEI was necessary in order to best handle each phase as it transpired.
