Overview

MTRS selected FNTI as a partner of Vitech Inc, for the Conversion of approximately 6.4 million paper images found in both active and inactive member government employee files. There are also 1.7 million film images to be converted. The paper is prepped for scanning and after the scanning process, multiple fields are indexed and auto-applied along with 150 document types that are assigned. A thorough multi-stage Quality Assurance process is in place and FNTI has a very good relationship with MTRS as they review their images. This complex project is progressing well and a seamless communication and reporting relationship exists between all managers involved.
