Application Overview
In order for LSI to write Title Insurance in the State of Oregon they needed to create a full record of all Property transactions that had occurred in the State going back 50 years.

FNTI was contracted to convert 12 separate Title offices file rooms of Real Property records in 12 separate Counties located throughout the State of Oregon.

Scope of Work

FNTI assembled 2 teams of 20 operators and traveled to each location for onsite capture. Each file, was prepped and scanned then transmitted to our CA production center for Index and QC. Paper sizes ranged in size from A size to D size; including maps and survey The total volume of documents converted indexed and delivered back to the clients Image platform was 30,000,000 images.

Result
FNTI has successfully completed the project in 9 months from start date.
