FNTI was selected to convert several million Client investments and trust documents for 27 locations across the United States. Due to the privacy and confidentiality of the files, FNTI deployed a trained team with proper equipment to do the conversion at each client location.

Our team worked very closely with the KeyBank Project Manager to coordinate the first phase in the Cleveland Ohio offices and strategically branched out to other sites from Maine to Oregon. Prior to scanning the paper files, significant historical documentation was required to be purged from each file. Strict security processes were utilized in the handling of all data including predefined encryption techniques for safeguard purposes.
