Overview
FNTI converted paper files to an electronic format for the Countrywide Mortgage acquisitions by Bank of America as it
pertains to real estate holding around the country. The projects consisted of some 50,000 documents that were in 1500
folders. The paper documents required extensive preparation, indexing and document type classification and the Quality
Assurance process was extensively verified for accuracy. The first project was so successful that FNTI was hired to
convert paper files for the Merrill Lynch acquisition which was similar in size and requirements.
